Sha Wujing
Sha Wujing, a character in Journey to the West, who has a Buddhist name-Wujing and is usually called Monk Sha, was Juanlian Dajiang (an official name in supernal palace). He was fallen into Liusha River because of his fault and became a monster. Later he was persuaded by Bodhisattva Guanyin to follow Monk Tang as his prentice to get sutra in the West. Though incommunicative, he is righteous, honest and simple, who is a vivid comparison with Zhu Bajie.
